The service I received from ***** and **** was excellent. ***** and **** were very patient with me when I was trying to do the electronic signature, and thru out the whole process. ***** and **** answered all my questions, and was able to explain what would be happening. I am very pleased with the service I received from both of them.Now my federal student loans have been approved and waiting on final steps of process.
