they misdiagnosed our dogs knee issue and wanted us to have a $500.00 spine x-ray. we had to go to Belville tx to have Dr Mark do her knee surgery. our other dog has itching problems and has been on allergie shots and pills for several months with very little to no relief from the itching. she has made her paws and legs bleed. she has been seen many times by their staff for the same problem. now she is having a issue with her ear. been on medication for it but as soon as she is off the medication she gets it back. our cat... read more

We’ve had our pups seen here for about a year now, but we are moving vets due to this interaction and lack of support from front desk staff. They treated my mother in law horrible and made her wait for 2.5 hours telling her she didn’t have an appointment , when she was actually booked TWICE FOR THAT DAY AT THAT TIME!! We referred her and we were BOTH supposed to get the discount applied to our visits. I went just for a regular visit for my two dogs and ended up being +$500. I get like the vet was trying to sell me stuff.
The did nothing for my dog. My fog sat there patiently for 5 hours in their office and she is still sick now. When I picked her up after 5 hours in their office she was so dehydrated about to faint. And they told me doc went to lunch!!!! Who does that. So rude and inconsiderate. My dog is still sick and I’m taking her to another vet this morning. If they didn’t want to take care of my dog they should have told me take her somewhere else and not waste my time.

Emergency pet services. Wait for every other animal to get shots etc. Yes I understand appointments, but in an emergency situation 2 hours is a while to wait.
I called to schedule an appointment I was on hold for 9 minutes. I hang up called back and when she said can I put you on hold I said no but she put me on hold anyway. Look for new vet that need work.
