We’ve had our pups seen here for about a year now, but we are moving vets due to this interaction and lack of support from front desk staff. They treated my mother in law horrible and made her wait for 2.5 hours telling her she didn’t have an appointment , when she was actually booked TWICE FOR THAT DAY AT THAT TIME!! We referred her and we were BOTH supposed to get the discount applied to our visits. I went just for a regular visit for my two dogs and ended up being +$500. I get like the vet was trying to sell me stuff.
The did nothing for my dog. My fog sat there patiently for 5 hours in their office and she is still sick now. When I picked her up after 5 hours in their office she was so dehydrated about to faint. And they told me doc went to lunch!!!! Who does that. So rude and inconsiderate. My dog is still sick and I’m taking her to another vet this morning. If they didn’t want to take care of my dog they should have told me take her somewhere else and not waste my time.

Emergency pet services. Wait for every other animal to get shots etc. Yes I understand appointments, but in an emergency situation 2 hours is a while to wait.
I called to schedule an appointment I was on hold for 9 minutes. I hang up called back and when she said can I put you on hold I said no but she put me on hold anyway. Look for new vet that need work.
We've never paid $25 extra to take our furbabies in without an appt. Please contact us and change our minds about changing vets.

I hope no one on my friends list is unfortunate enough to have to deal with the staff at this animal clinic.... terrible people, rude, and without remorse 😠😡🤬 we called because our cats are sick and they left him on hold over five minutes, they are established patients and we pay monthly ridiculous amouts for their service..so I called from my phone and before they put me on hold I said, "well we would really like to talk to someone before you close today" lol...and this little girl very rude said, "well we are overbooked... read more

This is my first negative review of any business ever. We spent hundreds of dollars in 2016 to figure out what was wrong with my dog. He started itching badly when we moved here. After trial and error testing, we found out he has thyroid issues. We were told we could refill his meds for life (exact words). My wife went to refill his Rx, and they tell her we need to re-test.
