Thank you, Dr. Hughes!! 26 hours after seeing you, our adorable schnauzer went from nocturnal yellow diarrhea in her kennel and no appetite to a happy pup who ate her breakfast and had a humongous normal poop in her favorite part of the yard!!! First time I took my Bella (8 lbs Shih Tzu) here it was fine. Everyone was nice and friendly and they did a good job. Second time was awful! Bella needs a grooming with sedation due to many reasons. So, I drop her off and notice they have a new person cutting her. Didn't even ask how I would like her cut done. I get a call a few hours later with the lady telling me they had a slight incident but Bella is fine. They had knicked her eyelid while shaving her and had to have one stitch! Scared for the safety of one of our dogs, I took him to Doddridge the morning after he randomly lost control of all his legs (Sat, April 29). The doctor examined him, slowly running her fingers down his back and said it was clearly a bulged disc near the middle of the spin. I asked if she needed to take x-rays. She said no and prescribed a muscle relaxer and steroid, saying he should be able to walk again in a few days. Sadly, I trusted her. Our dog, Job, only got worse!!
