I hope no one on my friends list is unfortunate enough to have to deal with the staff at this animal clinic.... terrible people, rude, and without remorse 😠😡🤬 we called because our cats are sick and they left him on hold over five minutes, they are established patients and we pay monthly ridiculous amouts for their service..so I called from my phone and before they put me on hold I said, "well we would really like to talk to someone before you close today" lol...and this little girl very rude said, "well we are overbooked... read more

This is my first negative review of any business ever. We spent hundreds of dollars in 2016 to figure out what was wrong with my dog. He started itching badly when we moved here. After trial and error testing, we found out he has thyroid issues. We were told we could refill his meds for life (exact words). My wife went to refill his Rx, and they tell her we need to re-test. Thank you, Dr. Hughes!! 26 hours after seeing you, our adorable schnauzer went from nocturnal yellow diarrhea in her kennel and no appetite to a happy pup who ate her breakfast and had a humongous normal poop in her favorite part of the yard!!! First time I took my Bella (8 lbs Shih Tzu) here it was fine. Everyone was nice and friendly and they did a good job. Second time was awful! Bella needs a grooming with sedation due to many reasons. So, I drop her off and notice they have a new person cutting her. Didn't even ask how I would like her cut done. I get a call a few hours later with the lady telling me they had a slight incident but Bella is fine. They had knicked her eyelid while shaving her and had to have one stitch! Scared for the safety of one of our dogs, I took him to Doddridge the morning after he randomly lost control of all his legs (Sat, April 29). The doctor examined him, slowly running her fingers down his back and said it was clearly a bulged disc near the middle of the spin. I asked if she needed to take x-rays. She said no and prescribed a muscle relaxer and steroid, saying he should be able to walk again in a few days. Sadly, I trusted her. Our dog, Job, only got worse!!
