RecommendedThis morning you all helped our neighbor's white pit bull mix, Captain, by putting him to sleep. A phone call was made to the SPCA, Animal Control, and other county agencies explaining that Captain was suffering in pain and needed to be put down. He was told that without money, they could not help him. The SPCA in fact had the nerve to ask why he did not have the means and why he was calling for help.
