Outstanding care during a stressful event. Dr. Neravanda (neurology) was wonderful, mri and surgery completed within hours of my appointment. I was kept informed throughout her 2 day stay.

Brought my cat to you because he was feeling poorly. You diagnosed him with diabetes and treated him for two days. He was given a prescription for daily insulin shots and to have a follow up in a week. (Totaling about $2,000.00) The followup vet said if he's eating and feeling OK, he's doing fine. No further testing required, based on your diagnoses. Three weeks later he started doing poorly again. Took my best friend there. After a long and tiresome battle the result wasn't ideal but they took great care of him and gave it an outstanding shot. Couldn't ask for better doctors or techs. Great caring people
I cannot say enough great things about this place! I came in one month ago with my dog, Snuffy, a 2 yr old Coton de Tulear who experienced a disc rupture with hind limb paralysis (diagnosis - IVDD). It was a Sunday night and the neurologist, Dr. Neravanda, came in to do emergency surgery. He is seriously my favorite vet ever, and I've seen many of them in my day. The staff was polite and very knowledgeable. The hospital was clean and no waiting! My girls are good to go.
Took my cat there in the middle of the night because he was clearly in pain for some reason. The staff was incredibly friendly and took their time explaining to me what the possibilities could be. No one wants to have to go to the emergency vet, but if you have to, go here. They were wonderful.
This is the worst place I have brought my pet. The staff is disrespectful. There is a lady that acts like a pitbull who got on my face and screamed like a lunatic because I asked how much longer it would be (after 2 hours of waiting). Her behavior sems more fit of a penitenciary than a business. Yeap, that no class. We are still waiting but we will never come back. I prefer not to deal with people that behave like they are dealing with low life thugs rather than paying customers.
