Don went above and beyond for me during the entire process from begining to end. He was always available to answer my questions and update me on the progress. He never rushed me nor was he ever impatient. He was also very personable. He seemed genuinly interested in me and my plans for the house as well as other things. He has a great sense of humor. He calmed down my anxiety over the house-buying process, he went over multiple breakdowns of down payment versus mortgage payment so I could find that sweet spot. He called to let me know what step we were in each step of the way, he drove all the way down to where I'm at for my house closing/signing, and he gave me a card and Lowe's gift card!
