He calmed down my anxiety over the house-buying process, he went over multiple breakdowns of down payment versus mortgage payment so I could find that sweet spot. He called to let me know what step we were in each step of the way, he drove all the way down to where I'm at for my house closing/signing, and he gave me a card and Lowe's gift card!
