Working with Joe was great. I put a deposit down on a car in transit that took probably a Month and a half to come in. Throughout the process, Joe and I looked at numbers and worked most of the deal out before hand. The only outstanding item was my trade since we couldn't deal with that until the new car had been received. I have purchased a lot of cars in my past. Extremely Unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I've been coming to this dealership for some time and I never had an experience like this. Instead of trying to help Nick simply gave me a bill for $1600 to REPLACE A BATTERY. When asked why I can't have inspected per warranty ( brand new suburban with 30k miles on it (mind you). Nick with sarcasm replied that it is "self explanatory and that i shouldn't waste his time asking for an explanation. Sorry we're not all service advisors Nick!
