Katie Philips is an absolute gem at Don Mealey Chevrolet Clermont and a credit to this institution. She is the absolute reason I would return for a repair.

Really pleasaReally pleasant experience in Don Mealey, clean and beautiful. Mr. Carlos is so great, friendly, helpful and professional. He answers all my questions, never pressure me, numbers never change, no hidden fees and always keeps his words. Also Mr. Jonathan Roberts from finance department explain to me everything about the numbers and warranty in details. Really Nice and respectful person. Overall, 10 stars from 5 in customer service. As on several previous occasions Christian assisted me in a professional yet friendly manner. This was the second time in about 16 months that I traded two vehicles in for two new vehicles. Carlos was my salesman and I can’t say enough about my experience at Don Mealey! From the moment I arrived to the moment I got my vehicle, everything was so smooth and there wasn’t any hassle. Carlos made sure I had the best experience, and even made a special delivery of my floor mats to my home, seeing as I have two little ones and the dealer was an hour away.
