Lack of sales skills Pros: 1) Great choice of new car; 2) Shanna Williams is a great sales associate, she is very friendly and nice. Cons: 1) Shanna Williams didn't explain all the features that car that I took for test drive has, instead of explaining how this car "amazing" she is keep asking personal questions, as where I work, how much I want to spend, how much I can pay monthly... it's ok to ask when a person already knows for sure that she want to purchase this car. Salesperson My salesman, Steve Bianchi did an excellent job of explaining the features on the vehicle before I purchased it. After my purchase, Steve again went through the features step by step to make sure that I understood how they worked. He was not pushy and didn't try to get me to purchase something that I really didn't want. I would 100% recommend Steve to anyone that is purchasing a new or used vehicle. Thanks again Steve for making my experience a excellent one.

Loved this place ,my new Silverado 1500 custom is beautiful ,and I will enjoy if for years to come!! Drove 6 hours to get my new truck and would do it again in a heartbeat

Great Dealership Had a great experience at this dealership. The sales associate, Clarissa Rivera, was straight forward, respectful of our wishes, accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. We were introduced to the General Managers, John and JC. All working to help us reach our goal in making a deal. Never did we feel pressured. Jonathan Roberts, Finance Manager, walked us through all the paperwork with ease. All employees were happy and pleasant! Would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Ms. Rivera.

Great experience Clarissa did a great job and fought to see the deal go through. She brought the car to my house after hours. She is a sales champion!

Trade In Experience As a long time Chevy guy, it was slightly painful to need to trade in my Camaro for a more fuel and space efficient vehicle, but the guys at DM Chevy made that process easy.
