Needed a car for my daughter, Thank you Shanna, great job! I was hesitant to contact a local Dealership. I purchased my vehicles via the large internet sites. Great Customer Service!! The Reason for 5 Stars is because of the excellent customer service and transparency during the whole purchasing experience. Also the price was better than the competition. Great Experience at Don Mealy Chevy! This car sale involved a first-time car buyer, and Clarissa did great job of guiding us step by step through the process. When we first arrived and told her what we were looking for, the first car she showed us was the one we ended up buying. It had the low mileage, excellent condition, great fuel economy, and at the price point that we were looking for! Fantastic experience The experience overall was very pleasant. The dealer, Clarissa, and manager we willing to work with me to make sure I got the most out of it. They were extremely friendly and easy to talk to and ask question. They were also very knowledgeable. Every question I asked had a clear response that I could completely understand.
