Great Customer Service!! The Reason for 5 Stars is because of the excellent customer service and transparency during the whole purchasing experience. Also the price was better than the competition. Great Experience at Don Mealy Chevy! This car sale involved a first-time car buyer, and Clarissa did great job of guiding us step by step through the process. When we first arrived and told her what we were looking for, the first car she showed us was the one we ended up buying. It had the low mileage, excellent condition, great fuel economy, and at the price point that we were looking for! Fantastic experience The experience overall was very pleasant. The dealer, Clarissa, and manager we willing to work with me to make sure I got the most out of it. They were extremely friendly and easy to talk to and ask question. They were also very knowledgeable. Every question I asked had a clear response that I could completely understand. Nick Riccardo and Johnathan Roberts were great! Nick Riccardo was great and very patient. I would do business with him again. Our experience with Miguel Sanchez came close to us walking out and not completing the deal. He was extremely rude and questioned our numbers and my wife's ability to understand APR's and scale. Low and behold she was correct and his numbers were off. When he left he shook my hand and not hers. He later came back to apologize, but it was a little late.
