Friendly and helpful Employees were very helpful and professional the duration of the visit. They offered water on multiple occasions and assisted greatly by explaining paperworm and payment information.

Vehicle Service Review I will always request Nicole Walrath for my vehicle service needs. She went out of her way to find dealership promotions to help lower the cost of the service. Nicole had a loaner vehicle waiting for me when I arrived, basically she was one step ahead of every request I had....before I could even ask. Nicole is a 5 STAR asset to the Service Department!

Rain Guards, then scheduled maintenance. Scheduled my 2018 Traverse for rain guards and install went great. Service Advisor Nicole ordered the guards and they arrived next day as promised. Installed, but never stuck properly on none of the 4 windows, so they just agreed to reorder new set and install this Thursday. Scheduled my 2008 Trailblazer SS for scheduled 5k oil change and maintenance inspection and job was performed in timely manner and once again Nicole is polite and a pleasure to deal with. Goodbye camaro hello durango I had the pleasure of dealing with two reps from don mealy by the names of Richard and Christian ! They were very helpful, patient, and worked with my needs. I told them what I needed/wanted and what I could and couldn't afford and they were able to get me right where I needed to be ! Colorado oil change Brought my Colorado in for an oil change. Nicole and Jahmar were so helpful and friendly. They kept me informed as to what was going on and when my truck would be ready. Today was Not the usual treatment I always get. I bought my car here so I always come here to do all maintenance service and repairs. However, today for an oil change, the representative did not want to give me the discount I always get every single time I come here for a service. She can see my record to confirm.
