oil change I called this morning and requested an oil change today if possible. I was given a time of 6:00 this evening. I showed up at the dealership about 12.30 pm and spoke to Nicole Walrath. She stated she had an opening at 3:00 this afternoon. I came back about 2:00 and told Nicole I was there. She processed the paperwork and I took a seat in the waiting room. Best Service Department! I recently switched to Don Mealey's service department after another local service department didn't provide the greatest work or service. I could not be happier with my switch. Not only did they fix the problem with my car, they made sure I fully understood what my car needed and what it was going to cost me.
