Charles and the crew with Donation Nation are awesome. I've used them twice to empty my house and when a box I didn't intend to get into the truck was missing, Charles retrieved it for me and brought it to my house at no charge.
We've used this service twice. Both times we've gotten exceptional customer service and very friendly people have one to take our things away. They are quick and thorough but also careful.
Better than the rest!!! Called four services, Donation Nation gave me a time, showed up and took stuff. Crew was great. There will be more donations.

I love the fact that they will even take mattresses. When I asked them why, they said that they disassemble the mattress to reclaim the individual materials. They were also arrived on time and we're very courteous. Great job!

What a terrific concept and service. SO easy - when every charity I called gave me trouble about my location, my timeframe, my stairs, on and on and said they couldn't take my (really nice) sofa, Donation Nation was all over it in just a couple of days. Plus the added guilt-free joy of knowing all the stuff I gave them would be considered carefully for use and/or recycling - completely worth the service fee to support this.
Awesome! Donation Nation is the best... I am moving to a smaller place, and don't need all the furniture I have. Easy to schedule, quick and pain-free to donate. Aaron and Charles from Donation Nation loaded up the truck until completely full and provided a donation receipt for the fair market value (and believe me when I said it was a lot of work to move all that furniture !)
