Themi returned our phone calls and emails answering all our questions and keeping us informed throughout the process. She also help resolve an unexpected issue quickly so not to delay completion of our project
Our only complaints are: due to much rain, the smelly dumpster was left in our driveway for more than a week, through Labor Day weekend. Also I have asked repeatedly for the Notarized Lien Release, and I still haven't gotten it!!! The workmanship and all people involved were excellent though.
