I have known the owners of Done Rite Roofing, as they are a customer of my A/V firm (Attic Rat). So, of course when it came time to replace the roof on my own home, I called Done Rite.However, as this is a significant purchase for me - no free passes were offered.The Done Rite crew arrived on time and after discussing the work with me, they got right to it. The whole thing was great.
Very pleased with the quality of work. The staff was friendly and courteous. We did have a scheduling issue, but the weather played a part of that. We were very satisfied. They kept the area clean and were respectful of the property and did a very nice job.
Across the board everyone was very prideful of being a part of the Done Rite team, they all walk to a higher step. Great teamwork the owner has done a great job.
These guys were probably the only company I've been involved with that had specialization in every department. Everyone specializes in each area it was all specialized. You get the max value for what you spend and everyone was great.
Michelle, Christy, and probably Henry the salesmen he was great, the team leaders they all did great.
I wish they would work on their process of communication to the customer on the start dates. I was blown away with the quality of the work I'm just giving feedback to the owner. You get a great product for great value.
The whole crew was great!
The office crew, tear off, tarp crew, roofing crew and everyone else was very courteous and professional!
