This company has no idea what they are doing. Complete scam. Hire a reputable engineering consulting firm in your locality if you want real world results. Not some smoke a mirrors.
Nearly impossible to get a hold of. The plans they drew up for my project are unclear to any contractor I have shown them to (at least four certified), have several errors, and also contain severely unrealistically overkill "solutions" to what I need done. Failed to communicate to me that they were not going to do any of the actual work even though the $550 form I signed did not specify, and was made to look like the overall cost they quoted me would be for the work. They do not return phone calls.
Promises made and broken over and over. We brought Dr. G in at the recommendation of Douglas Gale from Family Tough Remodeling to get a second opinion on how we can remove a wall and widen another. Our hope was that there may be a way to do this without adding in more beams in the basement. Dr. G came out and while he made no promises he thought it would be done.
