This company is an embarrassment. Over a year of playing nice trying to get what we paid for. Find another company to work with. DOTech will take your money and not answer your calls or email.
Company of overseas engineers, most not having a clue how to design that is stamped and signed with an electronic signature by someone not qualified to produce a stamp. Buyer beware!!!
As the former head of quality control at Dotec I can attest to the quality of work coming from this company. Most of the calculations are wrong and rushed out the door and even scarier are the fact that overseas engineers that can barely read English in general are interpretating complicated building codes. Beware what you get for the cheap price tag.
