Very difficult check in and rude staff The hotel was nice and very convenient to the venue next door. However, our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 5:15 when check in was at 3. We had to get into our room to get ready for a 7pm concert. The staff acted like could care less. They didn’t even apologize and could give us an idea when the room would be ready.

Mediocre Stay at Best We stay here for the convenience of it being connected to the Ford Center. Heat/AC was loud and wouldn’t kick on properly. Floors and bathroom were not cleaned properly. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
