The lady at the front desk wasn’t very friendly. When We called the front desk for shower gel, as we there wasn’t any in our shower, I felt like we were bothering her. Otherwise our stay was nice.

Great Stay Very nice hotel. some of the furniture was a bit beat up but overall condition good. Only complaint is that there was no toilet paper stocked in our bathroom.

The best part about this hotel for me was not having to stand stand in the long line me to get into the concert at the Ford Center. You just walk through the breeze way and show your ticket and you are in.
