This is a toss up because the hotel is nice and the staff was helpful and nice the rooms could be cleaner. We don't know if it was the lack of staff or what but our room wasn't the cleanest for this to be a 4 star hotel and a Hilton we was disappointed in that regard. Front desk was nice and the restaurant staff was nice as well.

Not worth the money By usual Double Tree standards, this Double Tree was lacking. Parking was inconvenient. No one told us we had to register to get our room cleaned, so we did not have fresh towels or our room cleaned. No room service. No chocolate chip cookies. Rooms are clean but old looking. They were short of staff. Lobby was small and cut up funny.

This was our 4th stay. The only place in Evansville that we stay at. Always wonderful!

Nice hotel Good location in shadow of downtown. Nice outdoor pool. Rooms are nice. No major complaints. Can't go wrong. $15 per night parking in structure is bothersome when looking at fairly vast prairie of unoccupied concrete all around (yes, I understand the arenas are nearby). Nearby Hyatt will soon open to become 2nd non-casino hotel alternative in downtown; hope the competition drives room rates down a bit .

Absolute 5-Star Fantastic Property! Great hotel! We selected the DoubleTree as a stop to break up our road trip from Nashville. The entire staff was very friendly, especially the front desk manager, Kent. Answered all questions and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this location!
