Our hotel is in central Evansville, connected to the Ford Center and Old National Events Plaza via skybridge. We're two blocks from the Children's Museum of Evansville and less than 10 minutes from the USS LST Ship Memorial. I like the elegance and peacefulness. Also, this visit I noticed I never hear other guests being loud in other rooms, even when walking down the hallway.
Did not get the room I booked Breakfast hostess no where to be found Noisy
Alot off fees I feel like all the money paid I shouldn't have to pay 15.00 a day for parking then the 50.00 hold fee that goes toward the parking then no microwave in the room then having to pay for breakfast separately. That was alot of money and I will not make that mistake again.
Valentines Day stay The hotel was clean however the room we initially got sent to the door battery for the key was dead and we had to stand in the hall and wait for someone for about an hour. Then we got in our room and had to wait another half hour to get keys for another room that they were moving us to because they couldn’t fix the door yet.
I absolutely love this hotel! We visit Evansville a few times each year and this is definitely my favorite one. My only wish is that it had an indoor pool, although I’m more of an outdoor pool fan, however, it’s nice for the kids to be able to do something during the cold months.
