Valentines Day stay The hotel was clean however the room we initially got sent to the door battery for the key was dead and we had to stand in the hall and wait for someone for about an hour. Then we got in our room and had to wait another half hour to get keys for another room that they were moving us to because they couldn’t fix the door yet.

I absolutely love this hotel! We visit Evansville a few times each year and this is definitely my favorite one. My only wish is that it had an indoor pool, although I’m more of an outdoor pool fan, however, it’s nice for the kids to be able to do something during the cold months.

Pricey and noisy. We'll book elsewhere next time We had requested adjoining rooms or atleast near one another since one of my girls was staying in the other room. They weren't even on the same floor. The kids above us started practicing their cheer routine about 5am. That included their tumbling and cheering. Called the front desk multiple times but nothing was done. This continued until about 8:30am. People in hallways yelling down to each other starting about 6am. Again called down but nothing was done. Then girls started ... read more

Great Stay Terrible Food. The hotel is beautiful and clean with great service. I highly recommend staying here. The only thing is the food at the restaurant was not so good. We had the pulled pork that was tasteless and strange. My daughter had the Cesar salad that was just ok. We paid $100 for dinner and it certainly wasn’t worth it. We thought we would try breakfast in the morning since it was conveniently located in the hotel. We decided to do the buffet as you generally would have more selection.
