Failure to be prepared. Checking in was horrible. The 2 young people at the desks were not trained on how to resolve issues. We got there for early check in and rooms weren’t ready. Ok, very few times anywhere if you show up before check in time do you have to wait. We waited until they told us to come back and by then all the lobby was crowded with unhappy people. You had a wedding party and a college basketball team that couldn’t get in their rooms. Plus all of us individuals. Housekeeping was the blame.

Location was convenient. Check in was not good. Arrived 2.5 hrs after check in time and had to wait 25 minutes for room to be available.

Great location/Next to venue Great stay. Buffett breakfast was great yet a little pricey.....especially if you only eat one plate of food.

Our stay was pretty good! Friendly staff, great ambiance, very clean, convenient area. Comfortable rooms. Only draw backs were paying $15 for parking, I could hear the person in the room next to us. Every word. The elevator was very inconvenient. I had a knee injury and had to take the stairs because the elevator was so far away and in such a inconvenient spot.
