This feedback is for service. I'm a new dealer in Kinston and I had a newer Dodge caravan with a check engine light on. So I figure what better place to have it checked than the actual Dodge dealership. Easy enough I dropped it off he asked me what was wrong I said it has A TPMS sensor light on . It has a check engine light on. I feel like the battery is probably needs to be replaced. And there may be a nail in the back left tire. Normally I have had good experiences with the service department but somethings changed. I asked for a wheel speed sensor to be changed and they refused. Their diagnostics said it was the ABS module with a code C2200 which is an internal fault. I know I had a cable come loose and I know that it melted the external shielding and started melting the insulation on the cable itself, so step one, please change that sensor since the cable is molded to it. Had a we owe to get oil change and detail.. the maintenance notification came on in car..I called ..had appt. made...I showed up for service and had to answer a million questions.."who did you talk to?".."does your car really need oil change?".."sir you are being combative"..why all this for spending $25k ...oh I forgot .the service mgr said.."I don't care it's not my car!"..enough said

Recently bought a ram 1500 truck and traded my car which is a 2018 Dodge Challenger. This happened on August 1. Truck is absolutely beautiful, but 21 days later my loan payment is still not paid off. When you call the dealership they have to call you the next day. 21 days after I’ve traded in my vehicle, I have to make a loan payment so I do not get the bad credit and late payment. Don’t waste your time making an appointment with the service department of Kinston. Every time we take our vehicles there it takes two plus hours to get a simple oil change or alignment even making an appointment.
