Smart and friendly People, great service It is not about the chair that massages you as you sit, or the stunning neighborhood they are in, it is that everything is top of the line. Friendly and professional
I've had to cancel I'm so sorry I had to cancel my appointment at the last minute, but I came down with a fever and what turned out to be a bad sinus infection and a cold. Left message with service and on line, as I wasn't up to driving, nor did I want to infect you all. I hope to re-schedule in the next few days. you all are like family, and I actually like going to the dentist and I'm so sorry for any inconvenience that my last minute cancellation may have caused.
Sincere, Professional, empathetic and responsive In looking for a new dental professional I have been impressed by the response time and follow through of Dr Chow's staff in scheduling and rescheduling appointments. Upon arrival to the office, the waiting area is clean and uncluttered and you are not subject to listening to conversations between staff. Excellent care in a friendly, relaxed environment We have been patients of Dr Chow's for approximately 10 years. Though we live in AZ, we still come to Dr Chow for dental care. We had cleanings, checkups, and 1 cavity each treated during our recent visit. Dental work was performed exceptionally well and the office staff is very knowledgable and friendly to help with scheduling and insurance claims. This is a 5+ star dental practice in all regards.
