Love dr chow and Laura I have had the following procedures done with success - dental implant, gold crown, white fillings including one on the front tooth. I have also had several cleanings with Laura. In all cases, my experiences were top notch. They will also use laughing gas for a fee, which I generally pay extra for. Excellent Service I could not be more happy with my new dentist office. The entire office is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like part of a family as soon as I walked in. Dr. Chow was amazing. He explained what the appointment entailed and then a couple of problem areas he needed to fix. Everything was painless and my teeth feel amazing. Thank you, Dr. Chow and team!
Credit Concern I was concerned about a credit we have on our account. Apparently we overpaid our insurance company by about $87.00. I brought this to the attention of your lovely assistant, & we should be given a credit of that amount soon. However, it seems like there should be a way in your system to notify your customers & yourselves about credit issues such as this. Just a concern for future transactions with all your customers. Dr. Chow was his usual great self. His assistant Felicity was outstanding. Both were thoughtful and wanted to ensure that I had the least discomfort with the new crown prep. My only concern was the expense involved in replacing a porcelain molar crown with a gold crown. Dr. Chow assured me that he would look into the matter, which I really appreciated. I think Susan is terrific, and works hard to satisfy the clientele.
