I just had a procedure done by Dr. Shah and I can't wait to see the final result when the cast will be taken off in 4 days. I was actually expecting that I will have a lot of bruising and swelling around my eyes but to my surprise I have not found any bruises at all in my face, Dr. Shah is awesome doing this surgery, with all the pre op and post op interventions he and his team has given was really help me a lot in my recovery. I will have a before and after photos soon and update this as soon cast comes off.
I am so incredibly happy with my new lips! Dr. Shah was able to give me fuller, more symmetrical, and most importantly, natural looking lips. He used Juvederm Voluma to help me achieve what we are calling the "pillow look". Given that I have a natural asymmetry of the upper lip, Dr. Shah strategically placed different amounts of filler to help me achieve a more balanced look. I have been bothered for years by the shadows in my tear troughs. They really accentuated the bags under my eyes. I've also always had low brows that needed a lift. After a lot of research, I decided to go to Dr. Shah. He injected one syringe of Juvederm split between both eyes and also injected Botox in the forehead, crows feet and between my brows. I have wanted a nosejob since I was 10. I did a ton of research and chose Dr Shah based on his beautiful work and because he is also an ENT. I had a relatively easy recovery and this surgery honestly changed my life. I had my revision rhino done by Dr. Shah 26 years after my primary surgery. Here's my opinion: Dr. Shah improved my nose, and I can finally breathe. During my initial consultation he was clear: the physical change will be subtle, and people that know me will think I look better, but won't pinpoint that it's my nose. He was absolutely right on. So ive been dreaming of this rhinoplasty procedure ever since 6th grade. I had my rhinoplasty/septoplasty with Dr.Shah today and all I can say is WOW. Unfortunately I have to wait to see the beautiful nose after I get the cast off next week but the nurses were wonderful, Dr. Shah was a bit late because he had another patient before me.
