From the front desk smiles to the finance team that works odd hours to help they make you feel like they truely want to help. Enough praise can not be given to the Dental Technician/Patient Advocates and a Doctor who will tell you whats going on after telling what was going to happen. No guess work, but I had a choice if I wanted to know. Key was the team work between Doctor and Technician. Doctor was attentive to what she was doing, tech assisted, but monitored the patient and called the shots on the patients behalf.

Dr. Shukla & her dental assistant(can’t remember name) were wonderful. They thoroughly explained what is going to take place. Dr.Shukla would ask if I was feeling ok a couple times during the procedure. It wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I cannot thank you all enough. The front staff was very nice also! Because of an injury and needing to see another doctor on the date of my appointment,, I let them know I would be late. They fit me in, in a timely manner, and everyone was so friendly and helpful.
