In Toronto on a layover, I had some time before my flight to Europe, so I decided to go to the Eaton Mall. My eyes were hurting, but I just brushed it off. A short time later they hurt so bad I didn’t know what to do! Just by chance I walked by Lens Crafters where Dr. Archie Chung’s office is located, so I went in. Overall, the doctor was nice and the appointment went well. The only thing that needs to improve is the online appointment system, it is very confusing. I tried to reschedule the appointment online and they sent me a confirmation email with the new date. However, the office didn't know I had rescheduled it and kept calling me to confirm the old appointment.

Very kind, and pleasant service with fairly reasonable wait time considering the volume of customers. Testing was very efficient, and the optometrist arrived at a very crisp and pleasing visual result. The only way the experience could have been any higher in satisfaction rating is if there were no wait time at all, but that would be an unrealistic expectation. So all in all, top notch!
