Dr was very thorough and helpful. One if the tests too several attempts and the flashing lights was very uncomfortable. The doctor got the pictures he needed despite the repeated attempts.

As a first timer for eye exams, i was really nervous. But when i get there, staffs are very friendly and dr chen was very nice and he patiently explained to me assessment of test. Overall i have pleasant experience and i would recommend it to my friends.

Dr Jessica Tran is wonderful. She explains all the eye exams as she's doing them and then takes the time to review all the results and compare them to previous years and explains any changes and concerns.

Our experience with the LensCrafters team was great! They were so accommodating especially with our newborn and made the process so easy. From the reception, to the eye exams and the choosing of our glasses the team was amazing!
