Such a great appointment, Dr. Chen was super caring and understanding of my medical issues. I felt really supported as he took the time to explain details, do additional checks and further explain what my eye sight might look like. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Dr. Chen was incredibly knowledgeable about it and how the disease can impact the eyes. He was beyond wonderful. I also got to test out some eye drops for my allergies that were hugely helpful. Will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Chen

I was glad to be seen by Dr. Chung himself. He was thorough and personable. I've commented before on the same thing but the good experience is only let down a little because of the way the technician treats patients. I think that they should introduce themselves by name and say what their role is and wear a name badge with job title, announce who they are, greet the patient and say what they are going to do. I know they see many people in a day but this is the weakest link in a good practice.
