The staff are pleasant, the process consistent and the care excellent. While my condition wasn't diagnosed by Dr. Chung or Dr. Fong, their care has meant that I now understand the problem and more importantly, can truly see for the first time in many years. Thank you!!

Dr Rekha Mishra was wonderful and bubbly when dealing with my husband and I. Not only was she professional in her work but very personable. We asked to have her again. The other staff were great as well and quick to check us in when we arrived. All safety measures were adhered too by everyone.

I love the team at LensCrafters Eaton Centre - Dr. Lee consistently provides great care and has helped me through laser eye surgery. The only reason why I provided 4 stars is that some of the young receptionists can be quite unprofessional and rude.

My husband and I have been going here for the past 4 years. The exam is thorough and Dr. Kimberly Lee is very informative. I have a genetic disorder that affects my eyes and she was very knowledgable about what I should expect as I age and made me feel like I was in good hands.
