They are all very attentive, take care of your needs. We had to cancel our appointment twice with Dr Archie Chung due to snow storms and they were very understanding and worked a new appointment time according to our most convenient scheduling. Our experience was great . My mom usually goes to another location for her regular check ups, but it was closed on Sunday. I called this location ( Eaton Centre) and they booked my mom an appointment right away. The doctor explained everything in detail and she made sure my mom understood everything. she was smiling, welcoming and patient and most importantly she never rushed things and took her time. I am very pleased my mom enjoyed the experience.
