He earned his DMD from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2013 and soon thereafter completed a residency program in Periodontics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland, receiving his Masters in Oral Biology. He subsequently became Board Certified with the American Board of Periodontology in Periodontics and Dental Implant Surgery.

Christopher Barth at Implants DC is the place to go for perio needs! I live on the east coast of DE and drove 3 hours to visit here because the reviews were so good and it’s true! Dr CB is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through every option for my gum condition as well as priority and severity of each, so we could assess a realistic timeline. Yes!Dr. Barth and the staff were very efficient and thorough with imaging and evaluation of a molar extraction site for an implant. I was able to leave the office and get to work earlier than I expected. The best part is that I will only wait for seven days to have the implant placed!

Dr Barth did a great job technically with my implant. He also was terrific in terms of communicating to me exactly what was going on. The whole team is very responsive and takes care of the details (follow up meetings, insurance forms filled in). I would highly recommend him!

I had laser gum surgery in January of 2024 (for advanced periodontitis) with Dr. Barth, so I have spent a lot of time with him this year for follow up care. He is wonderful. The surgery was very successful, and he truly made me feel like a partner in the recovery and success of the procedure (home care is the name of the game).
