I plan on having my procedure within the next 60 days but I needed help getting my weight down to my liking so I made the decision to try his diet program! One week in the program I'm down 10lbs already! I still have 3 weeks to go so we shall see what the results are... The program is manageable but the mental temptation to food is the challenge!
