I called the practice and Dr. Kernel had an appointment for the following day. I arrived 15 min before the appmt. Completed some forms on a tablet and I was quickly taken to a room. The doctor saw me within a couple of minutes. Listened to my concerns, examined my scalp and provided his recommendations. He was pleasant and to the point. Overall very happy with this visit.
Dr. Kerdel because of his professionalism makes you feel comfortable and relax. He explains everything thoroughly and this is one of the reasons I continue to see him.

Dr. Kerdel is a great dermatologist. He is very knowledgeable, and he has a caring bedside manner. The office staff is always very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kerdel and the Skin Center of South Miami.
Granted that I go only for the annual visit to get reassurance that everything is still 100% perfect and I’m not gonna die of some little speck on my back that I can’t see, but they ask me the right questions, find things and remember to offer refills. This is the single most respectful doctor and office that I have visited in a long time. I’m never waiting more than 10 minutes which to me is the single most respectful thing any service, medical or otherwise, can do.
No long wait. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doctor has excellent bed side manners.
