Short wait. Dr. Kerdel is top quality, good listner.
I had my first appointment today with Dr Kerdel. The office was impeccably clean, I did not have to wait to be seen. I was taken in at the time of the appointment. The office staff was very pleasant and attentive. Dr Kerdel’s assistant was friendly and took my reasons for the visit promptly. The appointemnt time ia amazing. All the the staff working wirh Dr Kerdel are very porfessional, not to mention thar Dr Kerdell is the best dermatologyst ever seen in my life
Routine skin observation but very nice staff and doctor timely and helpful.
I called the practice and Dr. Kernel had an appointment for the following day. I arrived 15 min before the appmt. Completed some forms on a tablet and I was quickly taken to a room. The doctor saw me within a couple of minutes. Listened to my concerns, examined my scalp and provided his recommendations. He was pleasant and to the point. Overall very happy with this visit.
Dr. Kerdel because of his professionalism makes you feel comfortable and relax. He explains everything thoroughly and this is one of the reasons I continue to see him.
