I really appreciated the fact that I was seen within 10 minutes of my on-time arrival...no long waiting in the waiting room or in the exam room. Dr. Kerdel listened carefully to my concerns and thoroughly explained what needed to be done to fix my problem. Knowing my fear of needles, he helped me stay calm throughout the entire procedure. He has a wonderful, caring bedside manner and I recommend him highly.
I think this has been the most professional and attentive doctor of dermatology that I have encountered in my long life. The staff was also very attentive and the doctor's assistant was explaining everything before we started. Will recommend to others and now get my wife an appointment. Thank you Dr. and staff
