The office was clean and staff was pleasant. Zory was the best! She was so helpful in answering my questions and was super professional. Zory made the visit to the office exceptionally nice.
Clean office friendly staff. Dr Kerdel has a great bedside manner. His Biologic coordinator Lisette is wonderful. I can’t tell you how many other dermatologist offices I’ve been to where staff wasn’t able to help me get my medications approved. She’s kind, follows up, and is always on top of my file. I recently went to Dr Kerdel for a suspicious lesion. He performed a biopsy which was diagnosed as a basal cell. He was very caring, communicative, professional, and removed it with great care and precision. You can tell he really cares about his patients, and is an expert in his field.
