The professionalism yet bedside manners were great. Dr Lam and his staff were very caring and made sure. I understood everything that was going on before what happened during and after. Not always your favorite thing to do, but they made it so much easier.

Quick well organized professional
Dr. Lam and his staff and nurses were very polite and respectful. They explained the preparation for the procedure. They asked if I had any questions and then answered them to my satisfaction. The Anasthesologist did the same, after the procedure, I was taken to recovery and given instructions for after care. This group was very professional, Also I was taken back early and was on my way home at the time it was supposed to begin. RLH
During my visit with Dr Lam I was appreciative of the time he gave me to understand my concerns.
Great visit
Very nice Doctor explain what was gonna happen before and after surgery. I was taken good care of and staff was awesome. He could maybe consider singing in the surgery room tho lol. Rate 5 out of 5. Highly recommended
He and his staff were excellent and professional. Would highly recommend.
Very kind and accommodating staff. I was running late due for my procedure and the team still took me as soon as I came in. Dr Lam has a kind disposition and everyone there seemed to like each other!
