The facility was conveniently located within Cincinnati even though I wasn't from the area. I was brought in and services were performed on schedule with no issues.
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The anesthesiologist was knowledgeable and Dr Lam was wonderful.
