I was mostly numbed, but he was very soft, and gentle and explained what he’d do during the procedure.
Everyone was very professional and personable.
Dr. Lam was very willing to answer questions and concerns I had after my procedure. I appreciated him taking the time to speak with me, very caring doctor.
Dr Lam was very thorough. He is the only Dr that has really helped me with my situation. I highly recommend him. He is an excellent dr.
I was well informed and prepared prior to the procedure. I slept through it nicely. And the results were quickly and thoroughly explained. Other than prep, it was a non-event.
