I asked to leave and was told I couldn’t leave. I was held against my will in your facility. I was uncomfortable and asked to stop the colonoscopy. I was told I had to continue since I did the prep.
Dr was 45 minutes late. Gave me about 8 minutes to explain 10 years of chronic problems but decided on the first prescription at minute 3. Left without addressing what I was there for and the after visit notes had all sorts of errors. Waste of time and I left feeling crushed.
I told the doctor about my pain and he saw in my chart what could be causing the pain, but he had such a smug look and even laughed. This guy needs therapy!
Recently saw Dr. Lam for an unpleasant procedure. I had never met him before and he didn't have the courtesy to stop by my prep area to see me before the procedure. Said about three words to me on the way out of the procedure room. Won't be going back.
Worst experience I have ever had with medical professionals. No follow up after testing, scans, or procedures. No concerns for my situation or urgency to Establish a diagnosis. No phone calls returned about condition. I only got results because I had to track them down myself On call doctor extremely unprofessional and inappropriately rude.
