Caring and professional. The staff is very attentive. They make you feel comfortable and important before during and after your visit. I highly recommend this office.
Receiving the information about the necessity of the procedure was not nice but the overall treatment was very nice and handled outstandingly.
She did a great job. Painless and walks you through each step along to way. A few hours after the procedure, I would not have know I just had a root canal.
The most enjoyable root canal I have experienced! But seriously, Dr. Jungermann (and assistant!) were quick, professional, and I had no pain later. Highly recommended!
Everyone was very professional. My procedure went smooth and painless except for injections to numb the area. I was very pleased. This was my second time having a root canal here and I would definitely recommend Dr. Jungerman. I give her and her staff 5 Stars. Thank you for great care
I give the dr a strong 5. I give the practice a 2. I have United Concordia insurance. I have used that insurance in my previous visit about 1 year earlier. When I reported for my scheduled appointment for an immediate root canal, I was told my insurance was no longer accepted and i would have to pay 1453 dollars out of pocket. At no time did anyone advise me of that including on my appointment confirmation call. I was fortunate the procedure was not required and didn't have to pay that sum. Very friendly staff and a nice facility. The doctor was absolutely wonderful along with her dental assistant. Dr Jungernann is very sweet
