She was friendly, and put me to ease. I wish she could be my primary dentist. The entire staff seemed helpful,happy.
Instills confidence and good to work with, certainly understand not good circumstances but she did good. Everyone we worked with was certainly nice and the facility was clean. If forced to do this again will go back to her.

Excellent! Office clean and staff is very friendly yet professional. Dr. spent time reviewing my issue and then referred me to the appropriate oral surgeon for treatment. Never made me feel rushed. Spoke honestly and clearly knew her stuff.
They were able to fit me in on a semi-emergency basis after I visited my regular dentist. Was prepped for a root canal, but unfortunately as she proceeded, realized that the tooth was not salvageable, and explained why. Though disappointed, I did appreciate her honesty! The office staff and tech staff and Dr. J were all very friendly and professional, would recommend highly.
This visit was for an evaluation reference an upper tooth causing discomfort. My regular Dentist referred me to Mid Florida Endodontics for an absessed r tooth. From the receptionist to meeting Dr. Jungermann was a very good experience. She explained the x-ray of the tooth area where the infection was and put me on antibiotics in preparation for a root canal. Her demeanor made me feel relaxed with her. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
