This was my 2nd evaluation by Dr. Jungermann (first evaluation was 3 years ago for another tooth). The office staff and Dr. Jungermann continue to be professional, polite and compassionate. The front office staff have a 'rolling' cancellation policy so if there is a cancelation, they call the next person on the waiting list. I was put on a cancellation list and they called the next day to say they had an opening. Check in was smooth, very friendly staff and the 2 dental assistants were so nice and dentist was knowledgeable and honest. She told me I didn’t need a root canal because my tooth was cracked and I would need an extraction. Wish she did that procedure because her expertise with the novacane injections and the drilling were painless. Very happy I went there!
She is a very honest dentist. She answers all my questions. In today’s world, it’s hard to find a dentist with that type of character.

I came in for a consultation with an end result of a possible root canal. Dr. Munger Ann explained all my options concisely and clearly. She did NOT push the root canal option but gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision.

First, let me say that I do not like going to the dentist. This was the best experience I have ever had in the dental chair. They quickly made me feel at ease. Dr Jungermann , all I can say is that she is wonderful. She is very professional and so is her staff. No pain at all. I will definitely come to her again. I would recommend her to all my family and friends.
