I was a new patient referred by another dentist. The office cancelled my appointment twice. First time the day before, second time the day of. Wasted my time and will never go back.
My daughter visited in August. Even though I had a dental insurance they made us pay money upfront. I had no issue with this so I paid the 25% upfront. Knowing that my insurance would still cover all of it. My insurance didn’t cover it and the office stated they would issue me a refund. It is now December and I still do not have this refund. Could not wait to leave. Jay cowan was just plain rude to me.
This doctor sucks he should not be practicing dentistry hope he gose to jail
He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Yelled at a minor child because they could still feel it and wasn’t numb yet! This is unacceptable and will be reported
As a patient referral I was accused by the dentist of making a statement to my referring dentist about him. Cowan waited until I was in the chair and came in the room and just got in my face. He told me to never make a statement like that about him again. The only problem was that I hadn't said what he was accusing of saying. When I attempted to tell him this he cut me off and said just don't do it again. I was humiliated and bullied by the Dr. All at the same time.. I don't recommend him.
