Excellent surgical skills - he has mastered this procedure to perfection For buccal fat surgery, he is the best! The procedure, if done by Dr. Mesa, is quick, painless, done under local anethesia (which is safer and better), and with fast recovery. Results are immediate as there is minimal to no swelling. He has mastered this procedure to perfection. Definitely the go to surgeon for buccal fat surgery.
