Experience Went Well So Coming Back for Even More Surgeries Dr Mesa is friendly, communicative, and very versed in buccal fat removal. For some context - I'm a 33yo Asian Male who got this surgery for a better permanent cheek definition and combined with my wanting to lose weight, this surgery really had pronounced effects.
