I had one of my worst experiences ever. Dr Joseph elmalem was not friendly at all. I felt very uneasy. At the end of my session I asked him about my dry eyes and he said in a very rude way . You didn't address it in the beginning and turned his back on me. I didnt know I had to address it because in my mind he would have seen it when he did the comprehensive exam. I visited today and it was one of the worst experiences ive had. Dr Joseph e wasn't friendly at all. At the end of the session I asked him about my dry eyes and he said very rudely you didn't address it in the beginning and he turned his back away from me in a very dismissive way like my question annoyed him. I didn't know that I had to address dry eyes in the beginning. I just thought a comprehensive exam means just that .
