I was greeted at the reception politely and professionally. There was minimal wait time at each step of the process and all personnel answered my questions satisfactorily. My optometrist was friendly and unintimidating and even thanked me for providing information about my medical condition in the patient portal. One suggestion in the pre-screening and scanning processes are to explain the expected results of each fully without having the patient asking for information.Ā
