I was greeted and checked-in quickly by courteous staff. I was seen by the eye doctor on time. He was cheerful and explained what tests he was doing. I was informed of the results. He was happy to send the test results to my family physician and (soon to be) eye surgeon -who will be removing my cataracts. It was a pleasant experience.
Wonderful experience. I saw Dr Chen and he was amazing. Took the time to explain everything concerning my eye condition. Definitely recommend
Everything was very well done friendly on time and very professional
I arrived approximately 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment because I thought they might need some extra time to dilate my pupil (I have Horner's and I thought they might have to instill dilating drops a few times). As it turned out, I didn't need my pupils dilated and Dr. Ma was able to see me almost right away.
