We arrived a bit early for our appointment and they take our preliminary test right away while waiting for for dr Chen. Dr Chen was advising me that I don’t have to change my glasses since there was not a big change. Really saving money. He explained about the new eye testing program.
The Optometrist is friendly and professional in a modern facilities in the office; without pushing for extra services that is not warranted.
I’m very happy. Dr Sara was very good she examined my eyes & my vision perfectly. Dr Sara listened to my concerns about my vision & cataract and answered me . She is very friendly.
Doctor was very polite and informative
My visit is always nice. The receptionists are welcoming and walk you through what they are doing to your eyes. I usually see Dr. Michael Chen. He is walks you through the whole eye exam and is very kind. You can chat with him and he listens.
The staff processed my request for an exam expeditiously and the optometrist was very competent and took the time to show me my results.
Matthew and the front desk ladies are great !! Always cheerful, accommodating and enjoy a laugh … my visits are always a pleasure.
Professional across the board
I very good experience Joseph is a very competent professional & I also treat him as a friend. Efficient friendly atmosphere from the front dest forward ci would recommend this establishment to everyone who requires the service.
