De Silva is not only a fantastic surgeon, he takes the time to understand your particular requirements and talks them through with you, I trust him 100% and would never go anywhere else, he is truly an amazing cosmetic surgeon. I finally went ahead with my rhinoplasty at the age of 35. I was worried about recovery and breathing be a problem but my recovery was quick and my breathing is better than before. I am so happy with the results which are very natural. Dr De Silva really listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The mental load of worrying about my nose has gone....no regrets. Thanks so much to Dr De Silva and his amazing team..... I should have done it years ago!

Breathing after rhinoplasty is very important, and taking measures during rhinoplasty, most patients breath better after surgery although care is required as usually your nose is smaller than before! Dr De Silva is an outstanding doctor I am so happy with my results I still look like me but 10 years younger from my first consultation to my 6 week check I have felt reassured throughout my procedure from start to finish the staff and nurses were lovely very attentive and made me feel at ease before and after surgery I have wanted this done for many years but was always worried we’re to go I highly recommend DrDe Silva I couldn’t be happier Lesley. 6th December 2021
Dr De Silva was first class from the first meeting to the last , everything was explained very clearly. Also what a fantastic team he has around him , everyone from the receptionists to the Nurses . Nothing was to much trouble .Highly recommended . I could not be happier with the results. If you are worried like I was , this is the team for you .
Dr De Silva and his team were outstanding throughout my entire procedure. I had a very complex nose job and didn’t really think much could be done to correct it. I had two complex revision procedures, I was fortunate to receive an excellent service from assessment to post op care and follow up.
Honestly, I cannot recommend Dr De Silva highly enough. He is present, focussed, reassuring and talented. The entire team are very attentive and will make you feel comfortable. Whilst I’m no surgery aficionado, what has been created is a technologically contemporary, forward-thinking, state-of-the-art centre which skilfully fuses the classic with the modern.
I got a Rhinoplasty with Dr. De Silva and it was the smoothest and most painless process ever! Him and his staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I'm so happy with my new nose and I couldn't recommend him enough. I wouldn't have changed a thing and I'm so glad I went with him.
